Heat Logs
Heat Logs are made from pure sawdust shavings with no gluing agents or contaminated wood. This makes Heat Logs a very clean and environmentally friendly wood fuel ideal for burning on any wood burning or multi-fuel stove, as well as directly on open fireplaces.
They are easy to handle and store and will last indefinitely if stored dry. They are easy to light, have a very effective heat release, are long lasting and burn cleanly with a low ash residue.

Wood pellets
Wood Pellets, made from sawdust, are a new fuel to the UK. They are a very clean and environmentally friendly wood fuel cut into short lengths that burn quickly with a intense flame.
Pure sawdust and wood shavings from sawmills is dried and then pressed. The lignin contained in the wood acts as a glue binding the sawdust into briquettes or pellets.
The ash from pellets and heat logs which is rich in minerals can be recycled to fertilise forests, parks or gardens.
The pellets are designed to be burned in specially designed pellet stoves which are fed from a hopper via a worm-drive.
Pellet stoves are not currently a major part of the stove market in the UK but are popular in the rest of Europe and America.
